Stens Retention is back on track

Stens Retention came to the Breeders Course 3 years old Bonusrace with a good reputation.

She debuted as a top horse, but couldn't really deliver in some starts.

But at Jägersro she was back:

– She was very good. I spoke to Johan [trainer Untersteiner] this morning, he said she trained really well and it definitely felt good along the way, driver Stefan Persson said.

Stens Retention stepped directly into the lead, had to set the pace and in the end there was no one who could challenge.

– She started well in her debut, but we were a little disappointed with her afterwards. She feels clearly improved after a training period and my hopes were that she would fight for the victory, summarized the trainer.

Stens Retention is owned and bred by Stens Trot AB and comes from a stable group of siblings. The dam Soldiers Memory competed successfully for Kari Lähdekorpi and won, among other things, the V75 race.

Behind Stens Retention, who received SEK 125 000 for her win of 14.8/2140 meters, Safira Diablo sprinted strongly to second place. The talent Gustav Johansson drove and Johan Untersteiner also trains her.
