Mats Ahlkvist: "Extremely exciting elimination"

The last elimination race for the Breeders Course 3 years old 2021 second final is a high quality race.

Seven horses registered for Breeders Course will fight for the finalplaces at Jägersro next Tuesday.

- Extremely exciting elimination, Mats Ahlkvist, racingmanager at Jägersro says when the startlist was clear. Several upcoming stars are probably hiding here.

We look a little extra at the seven who can take a place in the final.

# Akilles Face is an extremely capable little brother to Ultion Face, SEK 1.7 million, who comes from stable Kolgjini. Akilles Face is not quite simple, but has shown great speed. He was in the Breeders Course 3 years old 2021 first final but then galloped away his opportunities.

# Black Fire has won three of the four starts of his career. Here he will be driven by the talent Gustav Johansson, who recently turned 18, who is predicted a bright future as a driver.

# Cartesio is one of Paul Hagoort's two horses in the race. He is driven by the stable's first driver Robin Bakker and we note that Vivid Wise As, this year's runner up in the Elitloppet, is the father of the talent.

# Cubalibre Jet is driven and trained by Wim Paal, one of the most international we have in trottingsport. The horse is unexperienced, but showed great speed in a victory at Jägersro in his last start.

# Colibri Jet showed 12,7 in an easy win a couple of weeks ago, it is a horse that Alessandro Gocciadoro holds very high.

# Dariole comes from Tomas Malmqvist's young–horse–program, has not yet won a race but now gets the sulky artist Johnny Takter as driver.

# Let it Be VP is Hagoort's second horse in the race, undefeated in four starts this year and will be driven by Micha Brouwer who won the Breeders Course 3 years old 2021 first final with Love You Too.

Only Great Friction and Dowhatyoudowell are not registered for the Breeders Course and thus miss the chance to qualify for the final.

The final will be decided on July 27 in connection with Hugo Åberg's Memorial, where a first prize of SEK 700 000 awaits the winner.
