Hell Bent for Am exciting horse

Double elimination race for Breeders Course this Wednesday. Both Solvalla and Jägersro offer really sharp races.
Perhaps it is that we find the most exciting horse at Solvalla where Hell Bent for Am makes the second start in Sweden. The first ended with a slight victory in “Margaretas Tidiga Unghästserie”.
– He came to Sweden at the same time as Green Manalishi and it feels like a very nice horse, trainer Stefan Melander says.
If we start from the beginning, Hell Bent for Am is Swedish-born. The father Muscle Hill needs no further presentation and the mother Nalda Nof was a real top mare. Born in Italy, but was trained most of her career by Laurent-Claude Abrivard in France, although she finished with a season with Marcus Lindgren in Sweden. Nalda Nof won several group races, took the record 1.10.6, won 20 wins on 65 starts and earned 410,000 Euro.
Hell Bent for Am is Nalda Nof's first foal and already as a year old he flew across the Atlantic to Huntington Farm, Kentucky. After getting acclimated to the farm, he went to trainer Marcus Melander. As a two-year-old, Hell Bent for Am debuted with a win of 1.12.2. He galloped in the second start, finished fourth in the third (noted 11.5) before finally galloping in the final of the Peter Haughton Memorial where he galloped in the last turn after starting from a completely impossible tenth track.
He is now back in Sweden, as several of Stall Courant's horses he is trained by Stefan "Tarzan" Melander. Melander is one of Sweden's most merited trainers with winners in the Prix d'Amerique (Gigant Neo), the Elitloppet (Iceland and Nuncio), the Hambletonian Stakes (Scarlet Knight) and the International Trot (His Majesty) among others.
On Wednesday, Hell Bent for Am will make its second start for Melander. If he shows the same form as in the Sweden debut, Stefan Melander can have a horse for the finals during the Elitloppsweekend at Solvalla.

Distance in all eliminations and the final are 2140 meters.
