Two major races for European-born three-year-olds:

# A race for stallions and geldings with SEK 400 000 in first prize.

# A race for mares only with SEK 400 000 in first prize.

As early as 2023, the first two races in the Breeders Course Extra Bonus will be decided, so it is important to participate and register your horses for the Breeders Course in order not to miss that chance.

Also new for 2023 is that we are increasing the first prize in the Race for 3-year-old mares which is decided during the Elitloppsweekend in Solvalla from SEK 400 000 to SEK 600 000.

– We see it as a natural development that the young mares also get good earning opportunities and we are proud to be able to present this venture, continues Rundgren.

Just as before, there is an Open class during the Elitloppsweekend where there is a million to the winner, another Open 3-year-old final at Jägersro in connection with the Hugo Åbergs Memorial and a final for 2-year-olds at Jägersro during the autumn.

–  Also don't forget the regular Bonus races with over SEK 100 000 in first prize, in many cases open to horses that have not progressed that far in their careers, explains Rundgren.

So there are many reasons to sign up for the Breeders Course.

The easiest way is to register your horse via your user account at travsport.se no later than 31 October 2022. You will then be invoiced via Svensk Travsport in November. The second option is for you to pay to Breeders Course bankgiro 288-8808 no later than November 30, 2022. Enter the horse's name and registration number and whether it refers to the two-year-old, three-year-old or both series.
